About CAHS Patriots, Inc.
The CAHS Patriots, Inc. began in 2003 as a student volunteer group at the Connellsville Area Senior High School and incorporated in July 2008. Their purpose is to promote patriotism and support our deployed military personnel, and their efforts were never political!
To date they have shipped 13,251 packages and will continue until all of our servicemen/women are home from around the world. The project is ongoing and the mission gets bigger every day. That is why many individuals and businesses from the community have stepped up to help.
Each package is valued at $45.00 and the postage is $23.00. Monetary, material and physical support is needed as shipments are now four to six times a year. Many local men and women have benefited from the group's mailings while many recipients will never be known to us.
It has been said that each package is shared with at least 10 people! It is important to remember that our military personnel are fighting because freedom matters to everyone everywhere. These packages serve as goodwill ambassadors from the Connellsville area to the farthest corners of the world. Won't you consider helping?
